Classy Caps Mfg. Inc. was established in 2000, we manufacture solar and low voltage post caps for the vinyl, wood, steel and aluminum fence and rail industry. Stringent quality control is a key factor to the success of Classy Caps Mfg. Inc. products. With our manufacturing process we have worked out the control procedures allowing us to ensure that only 100 % reliable product reaches the end user. We feel that our quality and our innovative patented designs set us apart from our competitors. We are a reputable company and we stand behind our products, taking pride in a return rate that is less than 1%. We supply large chain building centers as well as local fence dealers through out the USA and Canada and we are continuously looking for new distributor opportunities.

Classy Caps Mfg. Inc. is a certified member of ULC (Underwriter’s Laboratories of Canada). Our products are in compliance with cULus standards (USA and Canada) and are randomly tested and inspected by ULC engineers. This sends an important message to our customer’s about our commitment to product safety and quality.

The control of the quality of our manufactured products is performed at the following stages of the production process:

• Statistical control of incoming raw material. Classy Caps Mfg. Inc. has MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) from our PVC Supplier’s and they are readily available to our customers.
• Inspection of the components during the injection molding process and assembly.
• Individual post production control and final inspection as finished product is packaged and prepared for shipping.
